The stay was great. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom is also very spacious. Good parking as well. Veg options at the restaurant are less but we we loved what was served. Great ambiance. Also it is very close to the Temple and airport which is very convenient.

Arrived very early morning and had a smooth quick check in to an upgraded clean and comfortable room. Had all the needed amenities. Fantastic breakfast buffet where friendly staff explained all the different types of South Indian food. Delicious food and unlimited milk tea. Really enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend staying here.

Nice clean business hotel. Heart of the city. 5 minutes from the railway station. Approach road liable to flood in heavy rains. Food was very good and staff were pleasent and helpful. Rates were very reasonable.

Was on a solo trip and stayed here for 3 nights.This is more like a business hotel. Pros:- -Well situated hotel. -Good room service. Friendly staff. -Well designed rooms. Plenty of storage and luggage facilities. -Centrally air conditioned rooms and the a/c worked quite well. More importantly, the a/c responded to the change in settings/temperature. - Well maintained hotel and rooms in general. Everything worked! Like the switches, door latch, TV remote etc. Only thing being the water in the shower lacked pressure if I have to nit pick. -Good al a carte food. -Decent parking facility. Cons:- - Check in service could be improved. I had to ask regarding the breakfast timings, wifi details etc. None of this was briefed to me during check in. One star less for that. - Breakfast spread and food was very average. They did not refill unless asked to. - No attached bar. - Had a noisy drunk neighbour during the weekend. The hotel needs to control such noisy guests. Overall a good reasonably priced (3k per night) place to stay if you are looking for hotel right in the city.

Hotel was good, rooms are spacy and well maintained, staff are polite and good, location also near to main attractions and transportation is also easy to get. Would reccomenned to family as well. but road is not good. Thank you, it was good stay.

I had booked for three nights Friday - Monday - my flight and getting through Thiruvananthapuram airport quickly meant I was here before 5am and the efficient night staff booked me in and gave me my key so I was through the shower and into my bed just after 5am. Perfect arrival after the flight from London. I extended my three nights to a fourth and then am writing this as I leave for a second time as I have come back here for the following weekend. I think the special thing about Terrace is that it has only 22 bedrooms - as well as the conference/banquet room, restaurant and gym, but this size means it has a very competent small staff - 15 in the hotel and 10 for the restaurant. So you get a sense of a team working together for the guest experience. I’ve been going out for hour plus long fitness early morning fitness walks and I think it’s well placed location for me to have done this walking up some of the hills that Thiruvananthapuram is built upon. So pleased Terrace was my first stop on this years trip to Southern India. Thank you

They don't listen to any requests. Early check in was an issue and later after giving the room they demanded money for early check in. Cleanliness is a major problem, mattresses and other covers and blankets were dirty. Really bad hotel where these guys don't pay any heed for guests comfort.
